RAD management is committed to introduce its staff to its quality policy and quality system. It is the responsibility of the staff, however, to familiarize themselves and comply with the policies and procedures of the quality system adopted. This system is contained in a primary Quality Manual for the whole of RAD and a set of secondary quality manuals concerning each centre and department.
